For those of ya running PS Vita Firmware 1.69 on their PS Vita System, Respected PSP Developer and PS Vita Developer Neuron the Dev behind the release of PSP CFW ME, Has now use his own exploit he had discover on the PS Vita to run VHBL on the latest PS Vita Firmware . HE has posted the information about his VHBL exploit via his tweet but has not release as of yet .
